• Represented major power utility in the defense of stray voltage claims in a neighborhood cluster and helped to defeat all claimed theories of alleged injury by 17 bellwether plaintiffs through successful summary judgment motions.
• Conducted a forensic investigation and root cause analysis of the demolition of a former power plant that severely injured bystanders on behalf of the largest power utility in California that established liability on the part of contractors.
• Obtained summary judgment against claims of serious injury and wrongful death by employees of a contractor due to an explosion and electrocution in an underground vault.
• Obtained summary judgment against claim of serious burn injuries by employees of independent contractor due to an arc flash in below ground electrical equipment enclosure.
