Bethany joined LimNexus in 2019 as a member of the employment defense group. She will return to the Litigation practice group, focusing on commercial and employment litigation. An experienced litigator, Bethany has represented small and large businesses in breach of contract claims, medical malpractice defense, payor-provider arbitrations, and handled appeals in each of these areas. A business owner herself, Bethany brings that experience and expertise to her legal practice as she advises and represents her clients.

Bethany earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and law degree from American University, Washington College of Law. She is a former law clerk to the Honorable Michele D. Hotten, of the Maryland Supreme Court and presently serves as a California Supreme Court appointee to the Committee of Bar Examiners.
