LimNexus is thrilled to welcome Chan Soo Jeon, Partner, in the Corporate practice group, to our Los Angeles office effective October 1, 2024.  Chan will primarily focus on bolstering the Firm’s Korea practice as a corporate and transactions partner.  Prior to joining LimNexus, Chan co-founded Jeon & Park, LLP, where for nearly a decade he successfully provided outside general counsel services to numerous Korea-based companies with subsidiaries in the U.S.  Chan is one of the leading Korean American attorneys who is highly trusted and sought by many quasi-government and private Korean corporations with presence in the U.S. through subsidiary entities or branch offices.

Chan advises clients on a wide range of corporate and general business matters, and works closely with litigators and trial counsel to formulate dispute resolution strategies.  LimNexus is very excited to have Chan join our team, and look forward to providing exceptional client-centered services through synergy between Chan and the seasoned litigators and transactional attorneys of the Firm.
