Sara Martinez Goldsmith’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Ms. Goldsmith has experience in all phases of pre-trial litigation, including discovery, depositions, and law and motion.

Prior to joining LimNexus, Ms. Goldsmith worked for a civil litigation defense firm where her practice focused on general liability and premises liability.

Ms. Martinez earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending law school, she clerked for a prominent appellate law firm.
