Chan Soo Jeon maintains a vigorous transactional and commercial counseling practice, representing a wide range of privately held and publicly traded companies, both in the U.S. and Korea.
Mr. Jeon has extensive experience counseling companies in their daily business endeavors with shareholders, board of directors, officers, employees, suppliers, contractors, and customers. Mr. Jeon routinely advises LimNexus’ international and domestic corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and general company matters, including, without limitation, formation of business entities, labor and employment disputes, creating and enforcing relevant company policies and procedures, and negotiation, structuring and preparing commercial transaction contracts for a wide range of business transactions.
Based on living in both Korea and the U.S., and counseling Korean business entities for over two decades, Mr. Jeon has developed an expertise and deep understanding of the intricacies of Korean business culture and business practices, which many U.S. subsidiaries of major Korean corporations and quasi-government entities rely on for Mr. Jeon to serve as outside general counsel.
Mr. Jeon’s successful commercial practice is founded on detailed understandings of clients’ needs, a trusted relationship with the management teams to which he reports, and on the belief that value-added legal services must be result oriented and lead to the efficient and timely conclusion of the issues/project at hand.
