Candidates must have a minimum of five years of employment law experience, superior academic credentials and be licensed in California. Commercial litigation experience is a plus. Candidates must also have excellent writing, research and analytical skills, as well as hands-on litigation experience, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, and significant trial preparation and trial support experience.

LimNexus is seeking a talented attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join our San Francisco office. Must be California-licensed, with superior writing, research and analytical skills, as well as hands-on litigation experience. At a minimum, the candidate will have the ability to take independent responsibility for day-to-day management of cases, including legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions and making court appearances. Trial and/or arbitration experience is a plus. Some Korean language ability is preferred, but not required. Experience with defense of personal injury, product liability, employment, commercial and/or cross-border actions would also be helpful.
