September 8, 2011 – This Fall, Lim Ruger will roll out its in-house sexual harassment training program for supervisors. The first training session will take place at Lim Ruger’s offices on October 21, 2011. The training will be compliant with AB 1825, which requires all employers with 50 or more employees doing business in California to train their supervisors in the sexual harassment laws. All employers, including those with fewer than 50 employees, are encouraged to send their supervisors for the training as a part of their basic risk-management strategy.
