Lim Ruger Closes EB-5 Financing

Lim Ruger has helped a developer to close on $130,000,000 in EB-5 debt financing for the retail component of a lifestyle center in Buena Park that will also include an office tower and a hotel.  A deal for an additional $20,000,000 in EB-5 equity financing is pending.  The project, which will revitalize the community and provide thousands of jobs, is being undertaken by The Source at Beach, LLC, an affiliate of our long time client M + D Properties, which developed the internationally acclaimed Plaza Mexico in Lynwood.
