In another matter for Kumho Tire, the Firm defeated shipper New Star Transport’s $1.7 million claim for breach of contract. The shipper alleged that Kumho and logistics company Korea Express had prematurely terminated a shipping agreement and also was owed an “advertising” fee for logos painted on its trucks.
