Promoting Diversity in the Legal Profession

As a leading minority-owned firm, LimNexus believes that its mission goes beyond doing outstanding legal work. Meaningful engagement in the community to promote equal opportunity for all, diversity and inclusion is a core value of our firm. Everyone is expected to manifest his or her commitment to diversity and inclusion by taking leadership roles in, and supporting the good work of, ethnic bar associations and other organizations committed to the promotion of diversity and inclusion.

We are active members and supporters of several organizations that promote diversity in the bar. We are a proud law firm member of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), the California Minority Counsel Program, and the Firm Affiliate Network of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). We are also proud to be a 26th Annual Business Conference Bronze Sponsor of California Minority Counsel Program’s (CMCP) 26th annual business conference. We celebrate CMCP’s 26 years of leadership promoting diversity in the legal profession by providing attorneys of color with access and opportunity for business and professional development.

We are unique, particularly for our size, in our unwavering support of many ethnic bar and other legal organizations that promote diversity initiatives. These include the Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Los Angeles (formerly known as Asian Pacific American Legal Center), Bet Tzedek, Constitutional Rights Foundation, For People of Color, International Association of Korean Lawyers, Japanese American Bar Association, John M.
